Job description
As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced Systems Architect who will be able to define and deliver our railway simulation systems worldwide based on customer requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on planning, coordinating and defining functional and technical projects. An understanding of systems engineering is required for this position as well as the ability to apply all of this knowledge/skills/know-how to successfully complete projects.
In this context, your main missions will be to:
- Establish the functional definition of our simulators,
- Design the technical architecture of our simulators,
- Set up all the steps of realization,
- Manage the technical risks,
- Define and manage the activities of your team,
- Realize the technical interface with the customer,
- Communicate.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS
You are an engineer with at least 3 years experience in a similar environment
- You have a sensitivity to listen and understand customer needs,
- You are passionate about technical challenges, simulation and the railway environment,
- You have a strong will to meet your objectives in a constrained context (budget, schedule),
- You have the ability to solve complex problems,
- You are able to make decisions,
- You know how to coordinate and federate a team.
In addition, you master the following technical skills
- Technical skills in mechanics, electricity, software (C++ environment),
- Knowledge of system and software engineering,
- Project management (methodology: V cycle, AGILE / Tool: JIRA).
