We are looking to strengthen our teams a NCP Lead Programmer (m/w/d) in Varel.
Your tasks will be:
- Establish the necessary requirements for Machines and Technical Systems, focus on Trimming technology (conventional & water jet trimming)
- Define technical contents of the Machines and Technical Systems CapEx file
- Support to the procurement process in relation to all technical aspects
- Planning, steering and monitoring of the projects approval, commitment, cash flow and internal engineering cost by periodical reviews with the Machine project leader and functional leaders
- Follow up and document all contractual milestones:
- KOM: Kick of Meeting
- PDR: Preliminary Design Review
- CDR: Critical Design Review
- CISS: Conformity Inspection at Supplier Site
- CIPS: Conformity Inspection at Purchaser Site
- R&R : Run @ Rate
- FA: final Acceptance
- Follow FU.IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) standard
Profile
- Mechanical and machines technical background.
- Composite materials Knowledge
- Project Management experience(transversal and transnational)
- Trimming Knowledge will be a plus
- Artificial intelligence & data analytics basic skill will be appreciated
- English
