Within this framework, we work on projects on a national and international level with our dedicated employees. To strengthen our customer team in Hamburg we are looking for MAP Specialist (m/w/d) 

This activity is particularly pronounced in the Installation/Cabin&Cargo team. The team works mostly on parts of the A/C whose design is modified regularly due to new customer versions or version changes.

Their scopes of intervention gather:

• Investigation and evaluation of deviations at A/C
• Assistance for Quality to the creation of documents regarding Non Conformancies
• Approving of documents regarding Non Conformance
• Assistance for ME for the identification of valid drawings
• Assistance for Quality for troubleshooting
• Answering of customer questions concerning design of aircraft or dispositions to Non Conformancies
• Creation of presentations for customers
• Support of negotiations and provide technical expertise in front of the customer concerning dispositions to Non Conformancies
• Education and integration of new MAP personal
• Support and participation during FAL (DOA and POA) audits
• Support to rule making (e.g. new A’s) to ensure integration of FAL and delivery needs

Your main activities will be:

• Identify suitable rework or repair solutions for structural deviations
• Decide on technical solutions to structural deviations within delegated perimeter on NCN and concession level
• Interface with Design Office for deviations beyond delegated perimeter to ensure availability of technical solutions in line with industrial requirements
• Interface with delivery teams to ensure comprehension and acceptance of technical solutions
• Represent engineering in front of our customers when asked for explanation / clarification
