We are  looking for specialists in the field of electrical system installation with knowledges in the following tasks: read, understand and suggest modifications on Wiring Diagrams; definition of 3D routings for electrical harnesses in aircraft; compliance with harness installation 

requirements on aircraft; deploy and maintain databases on electrical components and parts lists; design to Cost analysis to optimize designs; harness detailed design (flattening and BOM for manufacturing).

 

 

Your missions will be: 

 

▪ Definition of 3D routings for electrical harnesses in aircraft;

▪ Compliance with harness installation requirements on aircraft;

▪ Deploy and maintain databases on electrical components and parts lists;

▪ Design to Cost analysis to optimize designs;

▪ Harness detailed design: flattening and BOM for manufacturin

 



Profile

  •  Engineer (University/Higher education degree) or
  • Technical Specialist (Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) or Vocational Education and Training 
    (VET)).                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  • Spanish C1
  • Minimum level of English: B1.                                                                                                                                                                     
  • You already have experience in an equivalent environment or position: Design engineer/technical specialist, MAP support engineer/technical specialis

 

Mandatory skills: 

  •  Trained in electrical systems and/or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a Harness routing and flattening –Knowledge of EWIS rules is imperative;
  • In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5 software, F3Dexp is a nice to have;
  • Knowledges reading and understanding Electrical Wiring Diagrams to perform the harnesses 
    definition and suggest optimizatrions in the electrical integration;
  • Team spirit, analytical skills and interpersonal skills will be key assets in your mission

 

 Optional skills: 

  •  Knowledges in mechanical supports design.
  •  Knowledges in SIDIE and SeeXP will be appreciated.
