SOGECLAIR Engineering GmbH in Germany is successfully active in the aerospace sector as a competent engineering service provider of the international SOGECLAIR Group.

We accompany well-known companies in the development, design and implementation of future-oriented projects at a high technical level. A special focus is on aerospace technology with close cooperation to various large companies in the industry. We are expanding and are looking for the following to strengthen our teams as soon as possible in Bremen a Configuration Manager (m/w/d)

  • Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation
  • Coordinate and monitor progress on changes
  • Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure
  • Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes
  • Prepare, organize, moderate and document meetings



Profil souhaité

  • Engineering Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Configuration
  • Configuration Management / Change Management
  • Experience in SA/LR/A350 programs
  • Good Change Management Process knowledge
  • Very good English and German (written and spoken) is required
  • Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
  • Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification and Customer Support
